We started the day visiting the Rundetaarn known as “Round Tower”. The soft light, the silence and the simplicity of the architecture are amazing. I think we were very lucky because we found the tower almost empty.
Vor Frue Kirke is my favorite church so far, and believe me, I have visited a lot of churches around the Europe.
Was in our agenda to visit the Strøget Shopping Street to see the most famous Denmark shops, and of course, the huge LEGO shop. We are crazy about LEGO (nerds!) so we have spent about one hour looking around and shopping minifigures as souvenirs.
It’s amazing how Danish work with typography… They are the best with design.
Glyptoteket shown up in front of us from nowhere. Huge, green and majestic. Was my favorite spot (maybe because I wasn’t expect it) in Copenhagen.
Inside of Glyptoteket we found a classical music concert, live and free to anyone. Just perfect.
To end the third day, we visited the famous Tivoli Gardens. In a few words it’s a little version of Disneyland Paris, without the Disney stuff. It’s beautiful because is in the middle of the city but once you are in you totally forget it. You can find some lakes, huge trees, weird streets, a small Chinatown, a huge pirate ship and a few roller coasters.
